The ICE Out Movement has made its way to Milwaukee. To give the police perspective, former Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Dr. Ken Harris. He shares a story of being delayed and being less angry than when he read the ICE Out Movement release from Milwaukee. He talks about the harmonious – or lack thereof – relationship with Milwaukee Police & Federal agents. The same people who drew up this order says police should intervene with federal agents and their job – which Dr. Ken says will lead to a lot of conflicts and escalations.
