Well, it's a tough question, but really simply put,
creativity is like the spark that creates the fire. For you to cook up some
amazing things. Now, reality is we need to have creative ideas. That is when we
are curious, when we explore, when we dare to question, when we dare to combine
things we've never combined before.
It's a mental playground in many ways. Now if we compare that
to innovation, which is around actually getting a little bit more serious and
looking at practical ways that we can actually turn that idea, the creative
spark into something tangible that fuels or fires a furnace day after day after
day, we need the spark, but we also need the furnace.
In order to create the results or the products that we want to
