And we know Jesus is the HEAD of the BODY of Christ. So what kind of out-of-proportion image do we have of Jesus when we see Him as amazing and wonderful but ourselves as small, inferior, and insignificant?
It's time to BELIEVE what God says about us. And when we do, the stronger we will become! In other words, get some secret stuff (belief) and you'll discover some instant buff too!Click here to Download Episode

The title of this week's podcast should make you sad if you know anything about the goodness and kindness of God. Yet this is a topic that is googled quite frequently by people who don't know the Truth and are tormented with regret.
In this week's (LIVE) podcast, Daphne and Angie answer this question as well as the question, "How do I forgive myself?" The Bible speaks of God chastening His children, but this word doesn't mean punishment at all. By definition, it means to educate or train. In other words, God desires to help His children by training them to do what is right by correcting their wrongs and offering wisdom. This doesn't remove all consequences for sin, but God isn't in the business of hurting His children.
But in order to remove the guilt and regret of past mistakes, Christians must learn how to forgive themselves. It's not easy, but it is simple.

COMMENT on this post: How Long Does God Punish Us?
We've talked before about realizing you were out in left field (a bad place) and wondering how you got there. But have you ever found yourself in a good (happy) place and with a BIG GRIN, thought, "How'd I get here?"
That's exactly the question we ask this week on Identity Advantage. In this episode, Daphne and Angie talk about prayer and seeking God for direction. They have learned that every step of any instruction takes faith. And although we doubt ourselves, when you stick with God you soon realize:
God had it planned all along--but He only reveals things to us in time.Click here to Download Episode

The Bible talks about believers being made new in Christ. And there are other references to God restoring to believers what's been lost or stolen.
In this episode, Daphne and Angie talk about the meanings behind the words new and restore and how impactful they are to our understanding. Knowledge is key in any area of maturity.
God has erased our past and made us a new creation in Christ. But He has also (simultaneously) restored back to His original plan from the Garden. Not all Christians realize this. You'll be blessed by this revelation!Click here to Download Episode

God has given us an identity in Him. And Jesus gave us the best prayer to keep us in remembrance of God's promises.
In this episode, Daphne and Angie talk about the many aspects of the Lord's Prayer found in Matthew 6:9-13. To many, it a tradition or recited poem. But Jesus said, "In this manner, pray..." In other words, there are key aspects of this prayer that will help us.
You will enjoy Angie's testimony of her mother praying over her as a child and even recently--and then discovering the real power behind what had been prayed over her.Click here to Download Episode

Why do I care?
Why do I have to be the one to inspire others?
Have you ever asked questions similar to these? You probably have. It's normal human nature. But is it okay with God?
In this episode, Daphne and Angie talk very transparently about venting to God. In the book of 1 Kings, we find a story about the prophet Elijah who got overwhelmed and tired of being "the only one" who did anything. You might find it interesting how God handled Elijah's little meltdown.
And to answer the question, "Why do I care?" ...because God cares.Click here to Download Episode
COMMENT on this post: Is It OK to Vent to God?
Did you know God has built into each of us a "check system" to help us know if we're in His will or not?
In this episode, Daphne and Angie talk about a powerful set of scriptures that actually explains how to know if you've missed it or if you can have confidence that you are in the right place at the right time headed in the right direction!
1 John 3:20-21 says, "For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God." In other words, God has made sure through salvation that you alwaysClick here to Download Episode

Life is full of obstacles and opportunities for people to press forward. But "enduring" through trials can also become exhausting.
In this episode of Identity Advantage, Daphne and Angie talk about the Race of Faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 says Jesus endured the cross (meaning it wasn't necessarily joyful) yet He did it anyway "for the joy that was set before Him..." In the Old Testament, Naaman had to dip 7 times to get his miracle. And we all know the children of Israel missed their opportunity for a short trip to the Promised Land--and instead took 40 years of trial, most never reaching it.
Endurance describes patience and our refusal to surrender under trial. And the best part is, this ability is part of your salvation! In other words, you can do it! You can win your race!Click here to Download Episode

Wouldn't it seem weird if a son or daughter went up to the door of their parent's home, rang the bell, but then waited outside like a stranger for someone to come to the door and let them in?
In this week's episode, Daphne and Angie talk about freedom --freedom to enter into God's presence (as mentioned in Hebrews 4:16) and what that freedom looks like and means to us. The Bible says those who have been set free are free indeed! But the number one reason we shy away from boldly walking in our freedom is because we don't know how it's defined.
Inch by inch (or through patient endurance), God has given us the ability to take control (possession) of our land. And this equals freedom! Learn more on this podcast!Click here to Download Episode

If someone asked you to define the word "mundane," what would you say? Some might say it means ordinary, routine, blah or ho-hum. These are all accurate synonyms but not the definition.
This week, Daphne and Angie look at the amazing definition of this word to help listeners find the cause (and therefore the cure) for their ho-hums --that feeling that life is less than fulfilling.
The reason this is important is because a "mundane" attitude is a trap of the enemy and the reason many Christians feel defeated. Here's a hint to what you'll learn on this episode: Colossians 3:2 says, "Set your eyes on things above, not things below." Because this is where you will find the exciting, the extraordinary, the heavenly, and the supernatural!Click here to Download Episode
