Where has the podcast been?
What's going on?
Basically, I needed to own my sh.t before I could keep putting out new episodes.
But guess what, here I am. Still owning my sh.t. Ready to jump back in, while taking care of myself at the same time.
Stay tuned for next week's episode because I have a special guest coming on that you will LOVE.

Season 3, Take 2?
I would apologize for my absence and the lapse in episodes over the past couple of weeks - but I needed the time. Mental illness is a journey, right? Thanks for being patient with me while I figure it out!
This week, Dr. Erin Fix, ND joins me to talk about women's health. She covers the dismissal of women's pain and the normalization of period pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, peeing after sex, common vaginal infections, and more. She will join me to talk about sexual freedom and sexuality in a later episode.
I hope you enjoyed this weeks episode!

Welcome back Vagina Listeners! So excited to kick off season three - unfortunately with a sad topic. If you didn't know that an average of 5 children per day die as a result of child abuse or neglect, or how to prevent that, then you need to listen to this.
I share info from the Child Help Fund, US Child Welfare, and the World Health Organization about child abuse, risks, consequences, and prevention. I also share how you can recognize child abuse yourself and what you can do to prevent it.
If you've never shared an episode yet, please share this one. This is so important.

This week returning guest & my BFF, Leah, and I talk about the Vagina Monologues, how V (formerly Eve Ensler) opened up conversations about Vaginas everywhere, and how we need to transform feminism to become more diverse and inclusive. Please be aware that while we are not comedians, we think we are hilarious. (Key words: we think). Enjoy!

This week is a solo episode! I talk about body positivity and shifting our perception of our bodies from negative to positive. Trust me - I know it's easier said than done, but it's important to know that you are worthy, strong, gorgeous, and your body does not determine your worth. Pretty is not the rent you pay to live in the world as a woman. Fvck society and its standards. We're all beautiful.
