From before the creation of the earth, our Father had in mind for us to be adopted as sons and daughters into His household! This was paid for by Jesus himself. What a privilege it is to have intimate access to the Father and to be free from fear! May this Kingdom teaching bless you.

The Kingdom of God_Week 4: The People in the Kingdom. Israel was God’s chosen people to make Himself known to the nations. There was a hostile separation between them and the Gentiles. That is no longer so in the new covenant in Christ. We are one people and one body - but different in cultures. If the King stays the focus, the people will grow, be united and worship together. If our preferences are the focus, we will struggle as part of the people of the Kingdom of God. Enjoy the sermon.

Kingdom of God Week 3: Living in the Kingdom. Being curious about what Jesus taught when it comes to living in His Kingdom is committing to seeking justice and reconciliation in a world of hurt and injustice, and understanding what part we have the privilege of playing. By being generous, seeking reconciliation and not victory over our enemies, and not giving in to the temptation of paying back evil with evil. It also means we examine our own lives and where we might be acting in unjust or abusive ways, and seeking the Holy Spirit’s wisdom on how to correct our attitudes and actions, and how to treat those around us with His love.

Week 2 of The Kingdom - Behold the King! “You cannot wholeheartedly embrace a Kingdom if you do not trust the character of its King”. Today we look at the King of the Kingdom - relationship with Him is the key to living a fruitful life in the Kingdom of God!

Halftime Talk. In today’s sermon, we take a mid-year break to have a Halftime Talk. The purpose of a halftime talk is to reflect on the first half so that the second half can be even better. We reflect on important foundations of church so that we can correct; re-align and continue to live in the victory of Jesus Christ.

The sermon was preached by Sulene Taylor. We as part of the church have been pre-ordained to manifest the wisdom of God in the mystery of the gospel of Christ Jesus. None of us is a separate entity to accomplish it on our own, but each one has a very unique, distinct purpose inside the body of Christ so that as one, together, we can do the good works prepared for us, to the glory of God. "[God's] purpose was that now through the church [with their supernatural gifts], the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers & authorities in the heavenly realms. According to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our LORD." Eph 3:10,11 BSB

In today’s sermon, we look at two areas of life that shapes the way in which we bring our fires: hardships and relationships.

1. Hardships approached with a heavenly perspective shape our characters in a way that we can bring our fire with greater dependency on who God is.

2. ⁠Relationships need to be pure in order for us to bring our fires. Matthew 5 states that there might be moments where we should first LEAVE our fires (gifts) before we can bring our fires. Disunity, contention, gossip, anger etc blocks God’s Kingdom flow…but we can choose humility and reconciliation in these moments. This brings revival fire of God!

In the past the "holy work" was reserved for the priests. This has changed, we are all now priests and as individuals we form part of the "Kingdom of Priests". As priests we are called, on a daily basis, to bring acceptable spiritual sacrifices to God and to proclaim the excellencies of Christ (1 Peter 2: 5-9). #BringYourHolyFire
