The Medical diagnosis serve the medical world more than it serves the patient.  It actually puts limits on the possibilities to heal the physical ailment for the patient.  In order to heal, the possibilities lie in the deeper and bigger understanding of the diagnosis. Similarly, the labels given to us from our caretakers, or other authoritative figures can have a lasting limiting and painful effect.  They create a system of beliefs or a paradigm that many times we don’t even recognize and continue to live painfully with those limitations.  We can change the paradigms and beliefs and replace with new beliefs that serve not only to expand our thinking but become a catalyst in our healing.

Like an ancient temple of broken walls and décor yet holding a very sacred energy, our body is our temple that houses and holds our soul.  Leaving the body as a trauma response is a built-in self defense mechanism that helps us get though the trauma.  Without realizing we begin to abuse our body, neglecting it in all kinds of ways believing that the body has abandoned us.  The truth is we abandon our body as a trauma response.  To connect back to the body with your gentle touch and breath is to honor and love our body back to wholeness and healing.  Our cells listen to our inner feelings or vibrations of the body and respond accordingly.  Body forgives and begin to heal as we return back to it with love.  There is a need for us to let go of the programming and beliefs about the size, the shape and color of our body and free our self-worth that is tied to how our body looks.  Being comfortable in our own skin is about loving every fold, every mark and every inch of our body.

The inner process of growth and healing is a messy business.  We constantly have to find that balance between the external and the internal, between what is mine and what’s not.  More we practice, easier it becomes. We learn from our feeling sense if something resonates with us or not.  In a world full of conflicting information the only reliable voice is our own.  So, it’s important to build a relationship with our inner self so we can listen to ourselves and trust the process.

We are living in times where our body at cellular level is upgrading and holding more light, with that it is changing our vibration to a higher frequency. This change surfaces anything we are holding that is of lower vibration and frequency. Vulnerability is our ultimate shield only when we are aware of it.  When we are not aware of how vulnerable we are, we become a target for manipulations and control.  In a current crisis, we are all vulnerable.  It’s important to be in touch with our own fears, worries and anxieties, doing daily practices to transmute those energies into love and trust.  More we pivot from a place of love, compassion and non-judgement, more we allow others to do the same.  More we embody our own sovereignty, more we allow others to be sovereign beings.  We deem others week when we feel the need to manipulate or persuade them.  We are all powerful beyond measure and are fully capable of making the decisions that are in line with our highest truth; it’s this knowing in spite of our fear that is going to light our path.

We give our power away to all that we don’t speak up for.  Most of us have learned to keep quiet to maintain status quo, to keep peace, to not make a big deal out of things, ignore what we feel etc.  On top of that we don’t want to be labelled “too sensitive or too emotional”.  When we don’t stand up, we lose that part of ourselves and we dim our light.  Our emotions or feeling sense is the language of our inner world, when we pay attention to them and use words to understand our own emotions, this gives us trust in our feeling sense, it gives us a way to communicate clearly what we feel and then stand up for ourselves.  There is vulnerability in trusting, acknowledging and communicating what we feel; this vulnerability is our ultimate shied  and it’s what makes us whole.

The truth is we are whole at the very essence of our being.  No trauma can touch our light and our liveliness.  That’s the predicament – to remember that when we are in the middle of pain and suffering. But we are moving into times where healing is accessible to all of us and we can heal.  The technique involved dropping into the heart and learning how to open the heart.  It’s called the 6 A technique:  Acceptance, Acknowledgement, Acceptance, Appreciation, Application, Anchoring.  Using this technique leads us to the remembrance that we are whole and become a beacon of love and light for the world.  The technique is detailed on my website ayruvedichealingcenter.com

We are stepping into Higher Consciousness and no longer need to suffer or go through the dark night of the soul in order to heal.  We are understanding that we have power of choice, that the mind is our biggest tool and we are integrating our ego with the heart where it best serves us.  Healing is available to all of us.  We can break free from limiting beliefs, past experiences, past traumas as we contemplate and connect with our Higher Self with the knowing that it’s that connection which brings to the conscious level that which is ready to heal.

Listen to this conversation between my guest Susan and myself as we discuss the conditioning around being a woman.  Most importantly how breaking away from this conditioning opened so many doors for her.  When our behavior, choices and actions are driven by a long held belief, until we change the belief, we can’t change our life experiences.  Changing on just the level of the behavior and action is short lived and will feel out of alignment unless we change the belief associated with it.

Awakening to the conditioning at any levels opens the flood gate of all that is possible for us as women.
