On March 7th I hit rock bottom with my weight and how I felt in my own skin. I reached 218 pounds and didn't feel good about myself at all whatsoever! The lack of self-love and self-respect spilled over into my marriage, relationships, and career. 

I am on a journey to be the best me I can be, and I am sharing that journey with you! I feel when we share our journey it inspires others that are in similar shoes.
