This week, we're trying to get back into the "new normal" for the podcast, running our regular format, but doing it in self isolation with everyone recording at different locations from their own homes. 

First up, Brian talks to psychotherapist Dr. Tara Fields, as they discuss how to cope with the anxiety of being on lock down and sheltered at home. 

Then in Headliners On The Headlines, Brian welcomes Shanti Charan and Daymon Ferguson. They talk isolation eating habits, what they miss most from being on lock down, and imagining what life would be like if there were no Post Offices, Movie Theaters and Handshakes.
