Leading and motivating employees to perform optimally amidst a global pandemic is only possible with compassion, empathy, and community. Working together has never been more vital than now, as leaders focus inside and then outside of their perspective markets. Leadership focus will enable them to lead from the heart and the mind. Leaders also need to align their approach with their actions to take the organization through this crisis and this technologically new frontier. Every successful leadership position requires clarity and decisiveness for embracing the challenge and managing the transition. As leaders attempt to respond, they must also place the safety of their employees at the core. Self-Awareness AFFECTS Social Mobility

Social mobility, the movement of individuals, families, or groups through a social hierarchy or stratification system, can affect a person psychologically. Education, Occupation, and income are considered to be the leading indicators of Social Mobility. In modern societies, social mobility is typically measured by career and generational changes in the socioeconomic levels of occupations. George Herbert Mead, the founder of symbolic interactionism, suggested that individuals construct the meaning and purpose of their world to allow them to understand it. In doing so, they attach importance to objects and symbols that help them make sense of the world. These objects or symbols suggest the perception of understanding and regulation of emotional intelligence that will either increase or decrease a child's happiness. Studies revealed a need for universal interventions techniques like these in school, community, and family settings that seek to avoid conflicts with peers but promote self-awareness necessary for social mobility.

What does the phrase "taking my life back" really mean to someone who has or is facing a bully or life-changing episode? In the world of Film, everything in cinema had both good and evil characters. The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a Gothic novella by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson, first published in 1886. The work is also known as The Strange Case of Jekyll Hyde, Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde, or simply Jekyll and Hyde. It is about a London legal practitioner named Gabriel John Utterson who investigates strange occurrences between his old friend, Dr. Henry Jekyll, and the evil Edward Hyde. The novella's impact is such that it has become a part of the language, with the vernacular phrase "Jekyll and Hyde" referring to persons with an unpredictably dual nature: outwardly good, but sometimes shockingly evil. We can all see the differences between these two characters, and in most cases, people see themselves and their life as good or bad, without any shades of gray in between. If they make a mistake, they feel as though everything is ruined or that their life is over. Nevertheless, there are some ways to begin to have more control over your life and the way you see your best self in the future.

100 & Beyond Anti-Bullying Campaign: GIVING BULLIED VICTIMS A VOICE

A common reason a kid is a bully is that they lack attention from a parent and lash out at others for attention. They lack empathy and foresight and have contempt for the weak. They see isolated kids as more vulnerable and as their targets. Bullied youth are a marginalized group at risk for a host of adverse social and emotional outcomes such as victimization, social isolation, loneliness, and low levels of perceived peer support, depression, anxiety, withdrawal, and insecurity. The National bullying surveys suggest that rates of victimization range from 10.6% to 27.8% in large cities, whereas in rural areas, rates of victimization ranged from 33.0% to 82.3%. Rural areas expose adolescents to unique stressors such as geographic isolation, local social networks, boredom, and limited community resources. For this purpose, community leaders will need to design programs to enhance community relationships, increase positive, healthy behaviors and decrease risk-taking behaviors in youth. These programs will need to be implemented over the academic year 2021 to 2022 (September–June) and use experiential learning as an educational approach.

Implementing moral engagement and bullying prevention and intervention strategies can promote a positive school climate so everyone feels safer and more connected. It is vital that we seriously look at or create models that help prevent bullying. These models can implement successful bullying prevention and intervention strategies that are systematic and reliable, so everyone understands what bullying is and how it will be handled. Bullying prevention strategies should make it clear to students that their teachers and other school staff are morally engaged and that bullying will be noticed and consistently addressed. When bullying occurs, teachers and school staff can defend the target of bullying by reinforcing their humanity and intrinsic worth, which helps to cultivate moral engagement and reduce victim-blaming.

How Mental Wellness Transformed A Young Man’s Life

Psychologists identified several layers that help improve the awareness of meaning-making processes for mental wellness in our young males, promoting skills, incurring assets, and psychological well-being. People with mental illness are 9 times more likely to be incarcerated than hospitalized. People with mental illness stay four to eight times longer in jail than someone without a mental illness for the same charge. A knowledge gap exists regarding understanding the science, behavior, and mental processes that support the developmental needs of young males. Globally, mental ill-health is the single most critical issue facing young people, and early detection and intervention are crucial to influencing trajectory and preventing life course recurrence. There is a growing public awareness that the old ways of performing counseling work no longer applied and that they were, in fact, detrimental to those who were not in racial, cultural, and social majority groups.

According to a report from the Center for Disease Control, one out of 12 teens have attempted suicide, and one in six high school students have seriously considered it. Young people, especially those living in poverty, often bring with them to school multiple barriers impeding their learning and development. Understanding the underlying problems behind the behavior and promoting behavior replacement strategies can help to reduce or eliminate negative behavior. Those necessary coping skills to help withstand the blows of this worldwide pandemic have resulted in sickness, death, joblessness, and lack of core values.
