The last month or so have been a challenge for a lot of people. COVID-19 changed the way we did life. We all have habits and maybe you tried to stay as normal as possible, did it stay that way? Do you have new habits now?
We are in day 32 of COVID-19. A lot has gone on in a month of NO business. The first couple of weeks was videoing classes, keeping up with parents and directors, now it's about bringing is some dough. My new adventure until this is over is Shipt. Still a lot to do and getting back on track.
Growing up I don't have good memories of wrestling. Ric Flair does stand out in the world of WWE and many wrestlers play mind games. Mind games are important in the growth and development of all kids. In this episode I will cover three games you can do with your kids.
This episode is primarily for adults, but with some modifications will benefit your kids as well depending on their maturity. Using your Bodyweight, Bands, and Kettlebells will provide you with all the equipment you will ever need. There are some exceptions if you have had an injury or have limited mobility, but for the most part, these are all you need.

This is the last of the series of the 5 Essential Motor Skills. This is the most fun for kids but in reality, is the last skill to develop for long term development. We go through the list of manipulative skills and a little of how they are used and modified.
We start by being both mobile and flexible, but as we age we lose both. The best answer for this is Yoga. I use it for teaching flexibility but it is so much more. It also develops strength, coordination, and balance. I believe all of us should be doing Yoga if you do nothing else.
