Have you ever felt like you were completely maxed out– like you couldn’t possibly give any more, yet you knew it would take more to get where you wanted to go?
Often when we find ourselves in these predicaments, we think the answer is to sleep less, work more, and push harder to get the job done. While working harder is undoubtedly a good answer, it’s not always the correct answer, especially when we’ve reached maximum capacity.
That was the case for Dale and Brian. They were hitting their stride. The business was growing, and sales were coming in, but there was just one problem: their demand was higher than they could meet. There were only so many hours in a day, and even when working at maximum capacity, there was only so much two guys could do.
They took risks, gave up everything, and bet on themselves…but was it time for them to bet on others?
As Brian said, “It’s not always about working harder; sometimes you need to start doing things differently.”
Listen today as Dale and Brian share their revelation about multiplying their time and unpack what that looks like in real-life applications.

Do you view your family as a reason to press on and achieve your goals, or an excuse to stay put for the sake of security?
Welcome back to part two of our March special episode.
As Angie and Lorie continue sharing stories and answering questions submitted by listeners, we see how for both of them, family shaped their decisions and ultimately their stories.
If you’ve been following Dale and Brian’s journey up to this point, you already know these two families were not strangers to trials and hardships along their business journey. Today, you’ll see this theme continue as Angie and Lorie share about hardships they faced at home. But how did they navigate these hardships with young kids who depended on them? Was building a business in the midst of parenthood a mistake?
Angie and Lorie don’t shy away when sharing their thoughts on the above questions. Listen in today as they walk through the tension between providing for their families and using provision as an excuse; including kids on the adventure versus making them the center of it all; and what their thoughts are on it all nearly 20 years later.
Thank you for joining us for another week of Impact Without Limits.

Has anyone ever looked at you and your life and thought, “You must be crazy!”
Welcome to the lives of young entrepreneurs Dale and Brian.
This week, Dale and Brian’s persuasive sales skills became extremely handy in convincing a family member to fly out and work with them. And it’s a good thing because had Danny known what was actually in store for him, he would likely have found something, anything, to keep him home in Florida.
Dale and Brian certainly got their money’s worth out of Danny, who was met with a week of extremely long work hours and pulling all-nighters, unfed. Oh, did we mention he worked for free?!
Looking crazy is often not a fact but a matter of perspective. What appeared as insanity to Danny was a regular rhythm for Dale and Brian. They had to do what was necessary to get the job done.
Every day, hour, and minute counted as they set the foundation for their business. And in doing so, they took what many saw as extraordinary and made it their ordinary.
When you let purpose propel you, incredible things happen. Are you ready to take action and craft your new ordinary?

When you look at your business, do you think, “What can I get out of this?” or “What can this become?”
After several successfully sold and installed projects, Dale and Brian experienced a drastic change: they actually had a little bit of money. But what Dale and Brian decided to do with that money next would be crucial in determining the trajectory of their business.
Would it be used to celebrate with a feast for their starving families, or would they continue to live off table scraps to feed their growing business?
From entrepreneur to stay at home mom, the analogy of the baby and the cow applies to people all across the board. This week, Dale and Brian are diving into what this means, and why having the right perspective on your investments is so important.
At the end of the day, we all have hope for some return on our efforts. But when we keep the end goal in mind, it’s easier to determine if we will view our endeavor as a baby or a cow.
Feeling a little lost? Listen to today’s episode to find out what we’re talking about.

Many people sit around waiting for God to provide a miracle, but are you willing to put yourself in a place where miracles can happen?
By the end of today’s episode, you’ll realize the miracle of Dale’s continued marriage after the stunts he pulled on Lorie… but that’s not the only miracle we refer to in this episode.
This week, Dale and Brian share a miraculous encounter that became a pivotal moment in their business.
As the brothers have hinted before, cash was not something they had an excess of. In fact, it was something quite hard to come by at this point in their journey. As they were gearing up for yet another work trip to Tucson, they realized the work trip would have to be canceled unless a decent amount of money showed up–and quick.
As their departure day crept closer and closer, it seemed like the odds were against them. They were hard workers, but they knew that sometimes even hard work wouldn’t cut it– But Dale and Brian refused to lose hope, and instead chose to leave space for miracles.
Listen in today to discover if Dale and Brian made their Tucson trip a reality, and learn how you can make space for miracles–especially when all other options have been exhausted.

This week, Dale and Brian share a conversation with NASCAR driver Jeffrey Earnhardt. Grandson of Dale Earnhardt, Jeffrey has the grit to pursue his dreams and illustrates what a person of impact looks like.
As Jeffrey shares his story, a common theme unravels:
Small steps make a big impact.
Jeffrey shares how he learned this early on, from convincing his dad to let him race to the tedious work of building sponsor relationships at the young age of 14.
Almost two decades later, Jeffrey still refuses to skip over things that seem insignificant to others in his career. Even when it comes to meeting his fans, Jeffrey shares how he intentionally shows up to meet them because they choose to show up for him–a lesson he learned from his late grandfather.
Jeffrey goes the extra mile–both on and off the track. To him, racing is more about more than just a career; it’s about leaving a legacy and making an impact.

What would you give up to move forward?
Last week, Dale and Brian shared the importance of getting uncomfortable. Join this week as they take that idea further and expound on the life they and their families left behind.
As the holiday season hit, the Karmie Brothers found houses and moved their wives and kids out west. While they were excited about the adventure ahead, it didn’t come without sacrifice such as a major shift in lifestyle, income, and more.
When looking through the lens of an outsider, it would be easy to make a snap judgment and wonder why Dale and Brian downgraded their lifestyles. But for these two families, this sacrifice came without question. They had a bigger vision in mind–and to get there, they had to take a step back to eventually advance forward.
Is there something you’re holding on to that might be holding you back?
As you listen to this week’s episode, keep this question in the forefront of your mind. Get honest with yourself, and get ready to make the changes needed for a life of Impact Without Limits.
