You've probably heard the saying, "You're either growing or you're dying," and I, Lemon Price, couldn't agree more. This episode of the Milk and Honey podcast is a deep dive into the symbiotic relationship between personal growth, spiritual development, and leadership. We explore the cycle of spiritual maturity that occurs when we enhance our character, learn new skills, and deepen our relationship with God.
In my journey as an entrepreneur, I've encountered numerous courses with new-age concepts that conflicted with my faith—forcing me to sift through and evaluate each one. The breakthrough came with the theology-backed personal development offered by the Girl Power Alliance, a community that prioritizes prayer, support, and Christian leadership. This episode is an invitation to join me on this continuous journey of growth and becoming the leader God has called you to be. So, are you ready to invest in yourself and achieve radical transformations in your life? Let's get started.

Conflict: it's inevitable, right? As a Christian leader, it's not about avoiding it, but handling it with grace, wisdom, and empathy. In this impactful episode of the Milk and Honey Podcast, I, your host Lemon Price, bust the myth of a conflict-free Christian leadership. Drawing on key biblical scriptures, I discuss conflict identification and how to tackle it when leading a team or a business. The episode will guide you on how to promote understanding and peace, not just as a peacemaker but as a harmonizer with God.
The conversation then transitions into the 'second thought theory', explaining why refraining from impulsive reactions could be a game-changer in your approach to conflict. I touch upon the Christ-like perspective of empathy, understanding and the importance of instant forgiveness. Wrapping up the discussion on conflict resolution, I urge you to seek divine guidance and wisdom and approach conflict with humility and empathy. Tune in for an enlightening conversation, and join me again on Wednesday as we shift our focus to mentorship and empowering the next generation of leaders. Remember, leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room, it's about promoting understanding, peace, and closeness to God.

Hosted by Ashley Price, this podcast covers civic engagement, local government,…
Every week you'll hear how civic life actually works: how to get appointed to a board, how a bill becomes law, how to talk to your elected officials, what to say with three minutes at public comment, and who to call when the road floods and nobody is fixing it. You'll also hear what Ashley is learning in real time as she works on legislation, serves on boards, and studies public administration.
