There have been many people who have displayed the characteristics of antichrist...from Hitler to those murdering babies in abortion clinics. Mr. West has blasphemed the God of Heaven and earth...and should he choose to not repent of this, his eternal destiny is sure.

We'll learn today that envy is the natural response of the person who is focused on self. So, to combat envy in your life and to experience fulfillment...serve others.

There's so much to be said about humility. Today we'll learn that pride can often times cause us to distance ourselves from those that we deem as 'less than' us. Pastor JD will remind us that setting aside our pride will allow humility to have its perfect work in our lives which will then allow the Father to accomplish His will through us.

We know from the book of James that the disagreements we find ourselves in are rooted in pride and love of self. Pastor JD will challenge us to consider why there's disunity in our marriages, why is there strife in our homes? Could it be because we've chosen to embrace pride rather than humility?

A clean and pure heart before God is possible...but, it can't come by our own efforts or will power. A clean and pure heart is one that believes what God's Word says about it...that it's desperately wicked and that God has completely atoned for it. This position allows for a solid foundation where we can bear the fruit of righteousness.

Happiness is so fleeting because it completely dependent upon what's 'happening' in our lives. One unchanging truth about this life is that it's always changing. And so, if we base our sense of fulfillment on happiness, we will be disappointed. But, JOY...this is entirely different because it's not OF this world and can't be affected by it.

God has this tendency to completely blow our minds on a regular basis. And Pastor JD will remind us that this is exactly what the Word says...that God will work in our lives exceedingly and abundantly behind what we could ask or even think. So, the next time your in the middle of a trying time...seek God and just watch what He will do.
