Well, this week should be interesting. The potato chips I reviewed Monday, while not terribly crispy, had a decent flavor going on with the seaweed, salmon, and teriyaki flavor. Calbee’s Onion Soup potato chips were fine but didn’t have much onion flavor. And Philong’s Hot and Spicy Crispy Salmon Skin was, well, interesting if not too rich. Let’s do it, to it!
