Yes, Conn’s Green Onion potato chips, Ballreich’s Smokey Sweet Mesquite potato chips, and Martin’s Red Hot potato chips are making the scene this week on Can It Sandwich? Something tells me they’re all going to sandwich just fine but hey, you never know.

Well, well, well, if it isn’t another Red Hot flavored potato chips. Well, not red hot as in the cinnamon candy but spicy. Anyway, my man Chad sent these in from Pennsylvania (thank you!). And despite their use of the worst font ever created (hobo) I’m gonna try ‘em.

Yes, I’ve reached the end of the Ballreich’s chips on hand. Thanks again to Josh for sending em in. Today, I’m taking on Smokey Sweet Mesquite. A lot of times when a potato chip brand says a specific type of flavor like mesquite, they really just mean “bbq.” Not to mention a lot of BBQ flavored potato chips are overly sweet. So it should be interesting to see how Ballreich’s does with it.

Ya know, you don’t see green onion (or scallion) as a standalone potato chip flavor and now I’m starting to wonder why. I mean it’s a brilliant idea.

Yes, we’re only allowing 2 chips on Can It Sandwich? this week. Snyder of Berlin Smoked Gouda potato chips and the Caviar potato chips from Torres. And I think they’re going to be pretty tasty tbh.

Well, the package says potato chips. Yet, upon opening they were, in fact, shaped chips made from potato starch and potato powder. Still, that doesn’t mean they’re going to be terrible, per se. Right?

Oh la la, la la, la la, la la! It’s a schmancy flavor on a potato chip! Caviar flavored potato chips from Torres all the way in España. This is kind of brilliant combo if you think about it. The briny, fishy goodness of caviar with potatoes? Yes!

Oh boy, I might be a little too excited for these bad boys. Smoke Gouda flavored potato chips sent in by my man Chad (thank you!). I loooove smoked gouda so if these come close paying off the flavor we’re looking at a 5 star chip.

Well, this is embarrassing. This was supposed to publish on January 12th. Oops! Yes, the Marcelled potato chips of Ballreich’s is back. And this time it’s Bar-B-Q flavor! I was really into their Ghost Pepper Jack potato chips so I am excited to be trying these ones sent out by Josh (thank you!
