In The Kween's Throne Room

Surprise, surprise and boo to you!! The kween has decided to step into the Throne Room for a bonus episode to discuss a local haunt known as Fright Kingdom. Fright Kingdom is located in Nashua, NH and features four haunted attraction along with other spooky fun this Halloween season. I visited with my best friend and her family the other day and since most haunts this season are adjusting to the new normal, I thought I would give you my thoughts on how that has been working for a haunt near me so enjoy this quick little review of a very fun and spooky experience I had. Don’t worry, another episode will still be coming on Thursday.

Welcome back to the witchiest podcast in this corner of the kingdom! We are continuing with the spooky theme and this week I invited my lovely friend Erin, a first time visitor to the Throne Room, to talk about the 1987 vampire classic, The Lost Boys. Happy Halloween, loyal royals! It is now officially October and we’ve gone from the bitchiest to being the witchiest. All October long, the Throne Room will be decked out in her spooky best and as such we will be talking about Horror films all month long. To kick it off, I brought on my friend, Cassidy, to talk about our favorite horror franchise, Wes Craven’s Scream. We sat and discussed the movies, a bit of the TV show, what awaits us in Scream 5 as well as went off on our usual tangents. A perfect way to kick off the most horribly wonderful time of the year. Bright Suns/Rising Moons! We are back in the Throne Room after a brief hiatus and I’m sitting here all alone on a throne in a palace that I happen to own to talk about my time working in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I cover everything from my training through all the trials, tribulations and celebrations of working there to the unfortunate end of my time on planet. On today’s podcast, we are TELLING IT ALL about the infamous Disney College Program. I’ve invited former CPs Damion, Monica and Victoria to spill all the tea on the currently shut down “internship” usually offered at Walt Disney World in FL and Disneyland in CA. We cover topics such as roles, the stigma against CPs, crazy guest stories, crazy housing stories and the future of the DCP in a post-COVID world. We hope you enjoy this quick unfiltered look at the world of college interns working at the Disney theme parks.

(CW: sexual themes & language and use of the f-slur) In the Throne Room today, I’ve invited my bestest and gayest loyal royals, Lawrence, Rodney & Scott, to discuss the toxicity and bigotry of “gay male culture” or just “gay culture” as we deem it. We both take on topics such as racism and misogyny within the mlm community but also fall into talking about being “holes” for the likes of Chris Evans and Henry Cavill. You’ll soon discover anything can happen in the Throne Room but all with the intent to uncover the accepting, loving and tolerant world underneath the mess.

For the second episode and first official episode of In The Kween’s Throne Room, I have invited one of my long-time loyal royals, Courtney, to just gab and chat about one of our favorite (sadly postponed) events, Halloween Horror Nights Orlando. We talk about how we got into it, some of our favorite memories, the future of HHN, Halloween NOT being cancelled and other madness. It’s a very spooky throne room, always and forever.

There’s a new HBIC in town and she is here to dish and discuss all the hottest topics out there. Step into my throne room where we will spill all the tea on a variety of topics relating to things from pop culture to social issues. In this episode, I introduce myself as well as the reason for this podcast and the format going forward.
