On this episode, Grant talks about how his past two weeks have been. Side note: don't be a person who replies multiple times to somebody that's replied to you once...we all want the chase. He then dives into what self-sabotage means & some of the traits that meet this trait. Grant then elaborates on his own experiences of self sabotage, mainly through college, but some through his younger years. Self-sabotaging is not a hot trait to have, it's something you should work on to get rid of, as Grant is doing.
