Loneliness can be a killer, as he for sure knows. He dives in on three specific topics: feeling lonely around a group of people, wanting to be alone but hating the feeling of being lonely, & the loneliness of moving to a new state. Feeling lonely is a part of growth when moving to a new state, but in other scenarios, please reach out to your friends & family if you are feeling this way.
