Here in the month of April, The indigenous Artways podcast will feature a 3 part series entitled “Gifts of Inspiration”. Featured are three stories told and shared by Narragansett tribal elder, Paulla Dove Jennings which she recites from memories of her own life. Jennings is a renowned story teller, who has performed as a storyteller at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C. as well as many other parts of Indian country.
Episode 1, “”The Last Hunt” Paulla Jennings recites a experience from her life as a young girl in a lesson she learned by her father about the importances of sharing.
