Ghee is clarified butter, butter that has been simmered and strained to remove the water and milk fats.  It is rich, nutty and high in fat and since THC is fat soluble it is a great infusion to have on hand, especially for those who eschew butter.  Whether you're making infused ghee in your Ardent or on the stove top, this will be an infusion you'll love to have on hand.
