When Arlene Fougere from the Northern tip of Cape Breton took her dog to the Ingonish temporary Vet clinic for a sore paw last week, she had no idea her visit would end in catastrophe. Due to what she thinks was a series of missed steps, her otherwise healthy husky, Cooper was somehow euthanized before her very eyes. She is distraught, but found time to speak with us earlier today.
