We meet people from all walks of life and of various ages. Whether younger than us or older, if you recognize someones journey it could very well help you on your own. My guest for this episode is 20 years my junior but the manhood he is inheriting is something to admire and applaud.

Over the past dozen years or so I've had the privilege to play rugby alongside some incredibly tough, fun loving and kind men. No matter which Pacific Island these men claimed as their heritage, they wore it with pride. My guest today is a proud Maori man. Professor Miguel Centeno teaches at Princeton University on the Paradoxes of War, which I found on Coursera. I did a bit of research and found a book he authored called, "War & Society". I found it to be a well thought out, well constructed book from a perspective I myself do not have; which was refreshing. 

Whether you're a college student, military officer, or even a parent of a military member this will be worth a listen.
