It is important to note, that while we are navigating a similiar experience worldwide, there is no one who is unaffected by this global pandemic, not everyone is feeling it to the same depth. For myself personally I am feeling so incredible fortunate, and I touch on this at the beginning. If you are similar please do not shame yourself and beat yourself up for that.
