Today I talk about what it is to redefine the healthy boundary for ourselves of where our energy is, and where everyone else's is, and to define a clear space within yourself, for yourself. I came to this episode after a meditation session where I was struck with the insights of the weight of attachments and expectations.
Also discussed: mental maps, letting go, tidbits on parenting, and understanding the energetic impact of some kinds of expectations / attachments

In this short epidose today I break down a concept I worked with recently to support an executive coaching client who was in a spot of shame, pain, and self-punishment after a mistake and a challenging situation. If you're a heart-centered and progressive leader who finds themselves on occasion walking on eggshells after making a mistake and wallowing in feeling like this is something that's going to be very hard to come back from and you are stuck feeling raw and like you want to disappear, this is for you.

Dr. Karen Paez straddles two worlds and I think it's what really makes her special as a practicioner. She oversees over 1800 people in her day to day as an administrative leader at a community college - and is also a licensed psychologist who is focused on helping other leaders step-in, or deepen their authenticity in their leadership through a therapeutic relationship.
