Inside Edition reports…Officials at the Centers for Disease Control say they are preparing for the coronavirus to take a foothold in the United States. More than 45,000 people have been infected and 1100 killed by the virus. It's against that backdrop that some knuckleheads are pulling pranks to which no one is laughing.
