That’s because Lia was born male. After three years competing on the University of Pennsylvania men's team, she underwent hormone replacement therapy and is now on the women's team - swimming faster than any other female college swimmer. And a popular vocal coach has died after being shoved on a New York City street and authorities want the public's help in finding her alleged assailant.
