It was supposed to be a tough-talking message from Homeland Security Chief, Kristi Noem, from inside El Salvador’s most notorious mega-prison. However, it's the $50,000 Rolex on her wrist that ended up in the headlines. And imagine your wedding is just a few weeks away, and you end up being rushed to the hospital with a broken nose and other injuries. It happened to this bride-to-be who was enjoying her bachelorette weekend festivities until a stranger came up and sucker punched her right in the face. She'll be ok, but as she tells Jim Moret, she's worried she won't heal before her big day. Plus, she was one of the first Latin singers to cross over into the mainstream music scene, then the world was shocked when Selena was shot and killed by the manager of her fan club when she was just 23. This week her murderer was up for parole, but it was denied - which is good news to Selena’s still heartbroken family. And the woman dubbed an evil stepmother accused of locking her stepson in a small storage space for twenty years was back in court today. For the first time we are learning how her stepson is feeling, as Steven Fabian reports, as he recovers from the alleged abuse he's questioning why his stepmother is not behind bars. The stepmother pled not guilty.
