Now police say they know who was behind that. Plus, There's been an 11% increase in rapes reported here in New York City…and one of the latest was a young woman getting an early morning run. Another woman who was jogging came to her rescue. She may not have gotten help as quick as she did if not for this good Samaritan. And was she scratching her face with her middle finger? Or making a rude gesture? And if it was the former, why did convicted killer Nikolas Cruz laugh? A gesture caught on courtroom camera by one of the assistant defense attorneys is now under official investigation.
