Another mass shooting - this time it was inside a bank. Cops were there in just three minutes but that's all the time it took for a man in his 20's, who'd been a portfolio manager at the bank, to open fire killing four people, and wounding at least eight. Shortly after the shootings, a tearful governor of Kentucky said that was his bank and that two of the dead were close friends while a third person he knew was fighting for their life. And, imagine looking out the window to not only see your car being hooked to a tow truck, but the driver appearing to take your stuff inside the vehicle.
