Today, the trial gets underway, but with the dad as the defendant, charged with the four deaths because he gave his son that rifle as a gift. As Les Trent reports, it's a case that examines where the line is for parental responsibility. Both the father and son have pled not guilty. And Hollywood lost one of its most beloved actors today.
