Testimony has begun in the trial of once prominent attorney Alex Murdaugh. Murdaugh is charged with shooting his wife and younger son in cold blood, in what prosecutors allege was a bizarre attempt to gain sympathy and distract from a number of fraud charges he was facing. Steven Fabien says the trial opened with gruesome testimony from the first cop to arrive at the murder scene. Alex Murdaugh claims he wasn't at the family hunting lodge when his wife and son were murdered. And It is a fact…the majority of college sexual assault cases involve alcohol. Prosecutors say a young woman was not only assaulted, but died after a night of partying at her local college bar. Ann Mercogliano has more on the events that led to her death…and the bar that has had its liquor license suspended. Plus, remember that $2 billion lottery drawing on election day, in which a single ticket was the winner?
