And it's one of the wildest alleged insurance scams we've ever heard. The owner of the car says it was a bear that scratched up the interior, but authorities say it wasn't a bear at all. It was him dressed up in a bear suit. Now, four suspects are charged with insurance fraud and conspiracy.
