Travel chaos ahead of the July 4th holiday - severe weather has led to thousands of planes being canceled and even more being delayed. This guy waited 18 hours for his flight. And murder charges have been dropped against a Chicago mom and her son. She had been accused of ordering her son to kill a man after a dispute in a fast-food place. But after more details of the incident came out, including video - prosecutors said they wouldn't be able to meet the burden of proof to get a conviction. Plus, he was the pool guy, just doing his job - but the homeowner thought he was an intruder and started shooting. Though he fired 30 rounds in just a minute and a half, incredibly the pool guy is ok, and the homeowner isn't being charged - thanks to Florida's controversial stand your ground law.
