As Ann Mercogliano reports, it made all the difference when police were called to save an infant who'd stopped breathing. And nearly two weeks after a freight train derailed spilling gallons of toxic chemicals in a small town in Ohio, residents are being allowed to return to their homes. But they are understandably worried.
