For the last couple years many celebrations replaced fireworks with synchronized drones because of concerns over wildfires and air pollution. But this year tradition wins. And, now a scare for some American tourists taking in the great outdoors in Costa Rica as a gentle waterfall turns into a dangerous flash flood.
