The nation is understandably focused on guns and school shootings...and this 10-year-old boy was paraded in front of the media after cops say he sent threatening messages to another student....is caught right in the middle. He's still in custody and although his dad doesn’t deny the little boy talked of guns - he says it was the stupid humor of a child. Now, he's speaking exclusively with Inside Edition. And a 26-year-old California man is in custody today after being arrested just outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh early this morning. Police say he was planning to kill the justice and then turn his gun on himself. Jim Moret has more on the situation. Plus, another attack on the commuter rails...this time in Chicago where a man was pushed onto the tracks and hit the dangerous electrified third rail. But an incredibly brave bystander rushed to save him and he's alive thanks to that heroic act. And the jury ruled his way…and that may be all Johnny Depp wanted after all. Les Trent on the widespread speculation that the actor may be considering forgiving Amber Heard of that $10 million judgement she owes him.
