It's being called a major security breach. The news comes as the man who shot the video seen around the world of Kate at a farmer's market sits down for his first interview. And who doesn't remember the Little Rascals - the mischief making gang was a staple of children’s television in the 50s, and remains a pop culture phenomenon today.
