Family of Friends star Matthew Perry entered a Los Angeles court today. It's sentencing day for the personal assistant who injected Perry with the powerful drug ketamine on the day he died. The family is hoping for harsh penalties for the man they say left the actor in a hot tub to die. Jim Moret is at the courthouse with the latest. And they're alive! The mom who made a desperate plea after she says their dad kidnapped her two baby sons is breathing a sigh of relief today. Authorities say they have found the children in Mexico with their dad. Today we got our first clear video of the suspect as he walked into court, fighting to remain free until the trial. 16-year-old Timothy Hudson has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse. His trial is scheduled for September.  And she's a comic who makes millions laugh on social media, but there's nothing funny about this.
