Jonathan Taylor might be the Colts BEST offensive player, but is he the most IMPORTANT?  

(at 10:50) Indiana Pacers are building chemistry and culture, and the Vegas Summer League is an important step in that process.  All eyes will be on Bennedict Mathurin when the sixth overall pick takes the court, but don't sleep on Fanbo Zang as a dark horse to make the roster!  He can do one thing at at elite level, and it's the most important skill a player can have.

If Kenny Moore gets more money out of sequence from the Colts, what issues would Jonathan Taylor, Michael Pittman, and Matt Ryan have?  If Quenton Nelson's extension is not signed by the start of camp, should he sit out practices until it is?  So many questions asked and answered about the Colts - including whether this is a potential Super Bowl team!

Colts upgraded on both sides of the ball from last season's 9-8 roster, so why are we tapping brakes on anointing them Super Bowl favorites?  There are some very good reasons!

Big 10 expansion took a massive turn a half-hour ago when it was reported USC & UCLA are planning to leave the Pac 12 in favor of the Big 10!  What does it mean to the Big 10's growth, and Pac-12's demise?

Jonathan Taylor was the the Colts best player - by far - so how could anyone judge him as most overvalued?  If Matt Ryan's stats adjust as Philip Rivers and Carson Wentz's did, he is going to win the NFL's comeback player of the year, and the Colts will win the AFC South!  

(at 9:10) NBA free agency begins tonight at 6p, and Indiana Pacers fans should not expect much.  Their $20+ million in cap space is better used in trades involving Malcolm Brogdon and Myles Turner.  

(at 14:30) Cubs win 8-3 over the Reds last night as Willson Contreras continues to rake for his future former team.

Michael Pittman, Alec Pierce, and Parris Campbell might be among the NFL's bottom eight receiver groups, but they are still #1 in the AFC South!  Jonathan Taylor ranks on top of the NFL in yet another stat!  Matt Ryan does two "small things" exceptionally well that should make the offense operate better.  

(at 8:45) Pacers may be close to trading Malcolm Brogdon to Atlanta for John Collins, which would be an incredible return for a tainted asset.  Pacers picked up Oshea Brissett's option, which is a solid move given how inexpensive he is.  

(at 14:14) Cubs have a shot tonight to fall closer to the bottom of baseball!
