Reich has been surprisingly successful going for it on fourth down, but the fourth quarter issues last season need to be corrected if Colts are to win AFC South this season.  His stumping for Carson Wentz burned through some equity.  Washington Commanders saying things about Wentz

Colts trades during the Ballard era are almost all good.  One REALLY wasn't, but even the bad ones were pretty good!  Matt Ryan is projected by PFF to improve substantially this season, but the secondary is grade as sub-par.  Training camp schedule will be released Wednesday.  

Indiana Football and Basketball reversed roles in 2019 & 2020, but have shifted back into historical alignment as football has receded to the mean and basketball is favored to win the Big 10!

Ballard outside top 10, which is justified, despite Andrew Luck's retirement.  The Luck quitting card has officially expired!  Matt Ryan was so much better than Carson Wentz in a clean pocket, it's hard not to see the Colts as AFC South favorites!

Fantasy Football owners should stay away from Colts, but that doesn't mean the offense will suck. Minus Taylor, the Colts will be productive but starless.  

(at 8:00) Indiana Pacers net two Canadians - but no ready stars.  Bennedict Mathurin will shoot, score, and learn defense.  Gonzaga's Andrew Nembhard will be an adequate depth piece at point.  Baylor's Kendall Brown has great upside, but will be a project.

Goose jammed a lot of living into his 55 years, and I have a story that shows you how he rolled as a guy who loved life and his teammates!  Goose was also a hell of a good defensive tackle on some very good teams.

(at 13:55) Cubs 14-5 win doesn't strip their terribleness - but it was more fun to watch than a 14-5 loss!
