Arctic has been involved in financing new data centers for nearly a decade. We recently hosted a real estate investor conference in Stockholm, bringing together 250+ participants.  During the conference, our analyst Gustav Larsson interviewed Dan Thomas, CEO of GreenScale, who shared insights on the company’s ambitious plan to invest €3.3 billion in new data centers at Tonstad, between Stavanger and Kristiansand. Ahead of the interview, Kristian Løvdal from our Investment Banking team highlighted the growing interest in data centers in our region.
