For this episode I get into a conversation that I had with my youngest daughter this past week. I talk about being a parent, having pride in my kids and the relationship that I have with both my girls. I also get into taking pride in myself. Having pride in what I've been able to accomplish in my profession and just the person that I have grown into. I hope some of the stuff that I say hits home with you and that you are able to take something away from what I talk about.

Another episode for you to enjoy! This one starts off with my weekend in New Jersey watching our CDAI (Capital District Arts Initiative) dance team do their thing at a dance competition/convention. I give an update on what my daughter did along with her teammates as well. Then I jump into the Colonie Girls Varsity hoop team and their season. I talk about them winning the Section 2 Class AAA title and the amount of pride that I have for those kids. I get into supporting female athletics as much as we support the boys, showing these kids the love they deserve and more!

This episode was a very special one for me. I wanted to share my feelings that I have toward this years Varsity basketball team. They were able to do something that no other team in Colonie history was able to accomplish. I wanted to give them their flowers and let them know how much they mean to not only the school and the basketball program but also to the Colonie community. Then about 18 minutes into the show, Mike Keane, Colonie alumni and proud member of the community, joins the show. We talk about a lot of stuff going on in Colonie at the moment. Yes, we share a few stories about our time as a student at CCHS but we also discuss a number of great things that are happening with the school district. We also address the elephant in the room, we talk about the end of the "Raider" era and the start of the "Wolfpack" era. We even take the time to remind everyone what Colonie is all about and where our roots really are. Here's a hint, it's not in a mascot name.

It's a lengthy one but worth your time, trust me. I had a lot of fun recording this one for you. Please listen and enjoy.

Episode starts off with some Yankees baseball talk then we take a hard left. Since there was a few things bouncing around in my brain, I figured I'd let them out. After all, that's what this show is supposed to be about. Let's talk about the "this relationship is so amazing" people on social media (I'm sure you have at least 4 on our timeline), then I'll shift to some gov't talk. Nothing too deep or crazy, I just think maybe they need to be a bit more careful with their word choices. Add in a little bit of our 2nd moon landing that just happened and you have yourself an episode that you're either going to really enjoy or possible make your head explode.

If there was ever an episode of this show that was very Seinfeld-ish, this would be the one. D. Scott is kind of all over the place. More so than normal. He talks a little bit about the upcoming Yankees season, being asked to take part in the 75th Anniversary of the South Colonie School District (he was interviewed as a part of an alumni project that's being done in one of the classes), he talks about his daughters, how his mind is all over the place and I'm sure that we missed something there.

Anyway, here you go. Another episode of Inside The Mind of D. Scott is upon you so enjoy or at least try to.

I've been wanting to do this episode for quite some time now. I see far too much negative nonsense about radio all over social media. Everyone has an opinion about how radio should operate. Everyone thinks they know what's best even though they have no experience doing it or should I say no success in doing it. I'll break down to you, at least a little bit, how we make decisions. I can't say it's business wide way that things are done but it's the way my station is run. I'll get into it so listen away.

Just getting home from a dance competition with my youngest daughter and some stuff that happened this weekend really rubbed me the wrong way. So why not jump in the studio and get it out. The lack of respect and sportsmanship that I saw from other teams and their parents really irked me. Here are my thoughts on it all.

Had a few alumni events, got to DJ a few events, had some fun times at our old hang outs, recorded a live edition of The Undisputed Podcast w/Bobby Fish, saw a lot of familiar faces and got to watch The Royal Rumble. I'll break it all down in the episode for settle in and let's go!

On this episode I share my concerns about my youngest daughter getting her drivers license. Actually it's more my concern for both of my kids driving with all the idiots that are on the road. Then I switch it up a bit and talk about everyone leaving the house in sweats and slippers and also the NFL being scripted, what I really talk about is the people that think it's scripted. You'll see or hear what I mean when you listen.

It's pretty much an episode where I just yell at the clouds and tell the kids to get off my lawn.
