THIS WEEK'S EPISODE is looking at the good, the bad and the ugly to come out of the pandemic lockdown. So many of us were forced to work from home and those who weren't faced a very different workplace wherever that may have been. We discuss how we addressed some of the issues that arose from this situation including:
* Recognising that difficult situations are in actual fact a test of our resilience and an enlightening learning experience.
* Understanding that "necessity is the mother of invention", in other words, being forced into a situation encourages us to come up with creative solutions.
* Being in lockdown and confined to our homes made us go back to our roots and we were forced to rely on our own resources more, for instance home baking and cooking, growing our own vegetables and making clothes.
* How people volunteered and combined forces in a much more community-focused way with various initiatives.
We also present our Monday Mindset which gives you a great start to the week using Andrea's "Six Ms" technique: Meditation, Movement, Music, Mindfulness, Motivation and Momentum.
