Scout Sobel is the founder of Scout’s Agency, a PR agency that specializes in podcasts and women’s voices, brands, and companies, the co-host of Okay Sis Podcast, and the host of SCOUT Podcast. After starting Okay Sis, which focuses on female guests, Scout fell in love with spreading women's stories. She started Scout's Agency with an emphasis in podcast PR to do just that with 90% of her clients being women. She built Scout's Agency to a revenue of 6 figures in her first year. This did not come without her own trials and tribulations. Scout has been living with a severe case of bipolar disorder for 14 years and experiences a plethora of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, hypomania, catatonia, and psychosis. She once was unable to hold a job, go to school, or function in today's society. With a lot of self-development work, therapy, and garnering up tools in her tool box, Scout manages her bipolar disorder successfully and uses her mental strength that she has created in herself to fuel her entrepreneurial dreams. These experiences led her to host her own podcast, SCOUT, where are all solo episodes of her tackling a mental health topic with a dose of entrepreneurship.

Merrily Orsini is recognized widely as an innovative aging care thought leader with a laser sharp understanding of the market. In 1981, she started her first aging care business, a geriatric care managed home care agency that she grew exponentially and successfully sold, earning her a prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 1998, she founded corecubed, a marketing firm dedicated exclusively to helping aging care providers grow their businesses, where she is now President/CEO. Her insights into the future of aging care add to her remarkable marketing expertise in the home health, hospice, and home-centered care industries. While her specialization is in private duty home care, her span of her influence encompasses all models of home-based care.

Orsini has held many roles in the industry, including service for numerous national organizations.
