Today’s topic is something we can all put a little bit more time and energy into on a daily basis, and that is generating more positivity! After the first week or two after New Year’s it can be easy to feel that dip in inspiration and hopefulness, especially if you’re also experiencing a sunless canadian winter like us! So Matt and I are happy to share how we try to add and seek more positivity in our daily routines and lives! Join us as we chat about:
• The energy you put out, good or bad, is easily reflected back to you and vice versa.
• Recognizing your physical environment as a way to mentally reset.
• The positive energy that comes from moving your body.
• Who you’re interacting and spending your time with.
• Being intentional with the kinds of media you do or don’t consume.
• Practical tips on generating good energy through gratitude and “joy lists.”
I hope this episode leaves you inspired to go after those positive and amazing vibes in your life that are totally available to you! Share this episode with a friend who might need a little pick me up!

What are you most passionate about? What do you feel your purpose is in this current season of your life? Now is still the perfect time to refresh and realign yourself with your goals and all you want to achieve! I’ve become very inspired by a few audiobooks and podcasts I’ve been listening to recently, so today on the podcast I wanted to combine some of the core themes of passion and purpose, share my biggest takeaways and favourite powerful quotes with you! Tune in as I discuss:
• Passion can be infectious and magnetic when shared with others.
• Fuel your passion with your story and past experiences to bring that energy to the next level.
• We are in control of how we want to show up and who we want to be.
• The japanese word “Igdyte” and the 4 key factors surrounding this concept.
• Your purpose can evolve and change as you eb through different transitions and phases of life.
I definitely recommend taking some time to answer and reflect on some of the questions I mentioned, and share them with a person who loves and supports you!
If this episode resonated with you, I’d love it if you could share it with a friend or leave a 5 star review from wherever you might be listening from! I appreciate you!

It’s been on my heart to talk about this saying you may or may not have heard before that says, “People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.” Experiencing any season of your life where you’re in a period of growth, always comes with some growing pains, especially with the people you’re closest with. So today I wanted to talk about navigating friendships as they change and give you something to reflect on! Tune in to this episode to hear more about:
• Going through each category of time, “a reason, a season, or a lifetime” and what they mean.
• Taking a moment of gratitude for current and past relationships.
• Putting the extra effort into long distance friendships.
• Our capacity for the number of relationships and community we can have at once.
• Acknowledging when we evolve, experience friendships breakups and to give ourselves grace.
Remember to lean into the people that truly make you feel like sunshine! If this episode resonated with you, or is something you’ve reflected on for the first time, shoot me a DM and share this episode with someone you think would love it too!

While sitting in a beautiful hotel lobby for a cocktail in Toronto with Matt, we met the most interesting 85 year old man named Arthur and we just had to share this moment on the podcast!
