The Clifton Strengths are not just for professionals!
They are incredibly valuable for those in a caregiving role as they can be insightful into how your mind is wired to your unique strengths and understanding your strengths can definitely benefit how you are interacting with other people in your life. (pst. they're not the same as other people and people with different themes are good to have around!)
Barb is a Coach and Consultant, who partners with individuals to discover their talents using the CliftonStrengths assessment results to guide them forward, helping them recognize and develop their talents. Her approach starts with listening, understanding where they add value, and moving forward with an intention to maximize that talent within teams and organizations. Helping them discover how they contribute and what energizes them based on their strengths is why she coaches.
