Maecee Marie Lathers, 24, allegedly told officers at the scene of a three-car crash in Miami that she was under the influence of a party drug known as “tusi” or “pink cocaine.” Lathers allegedly ran a red light and slammed into a Range Rover, causing a chain reaction crash that killed two people and injured two others.
