In honor of Black History Month, I wanted to shine a light on my friend Ovell Barbee's book "The Big House."

His book shares compelling real-life work experiences combined with my passion for meaningful and systemic change as it relates to diversity in hopes it will motivate and inspire leaders to have the courage to build a better, human-centered workplace.

I asked Gwen to work through a positive psychology intervention because she's currently working towards obtaining her positive psychology practitioner certificate. This exercise is geared towards ranking positive emotions from what you experience the most to least.
