Pick whatever style works for the business and then get ready to market away! I want to challenge everyone to pick an option and stick with it for a full year. It may sound boring but rather than channeling your creativity into creating new courses, use it to market your existing course to new potential clients and optimize your product for the highest sales possible. By doing so, you can start to systematically grow your business.

How do you choose what to launch for your website? A membership, a course, or stick with 1:1? It can be a hard decision to make! One thing that I’m constantly seeing with clients that is becoming a bit of an epidemic in the online world is constantly starting new initiatives and doing launch after launch after launch. A lot of people will go and begin a course to moderate success, then launch another course to medium success, then move on and start a group program and this cycle continues.

Today’s episode is going to be all about keeping commitments to yourself because this has been a really important message for me personally lately. Today was a crazy day, running from meetings with clients to meetings with my team, to recording podcast episodes. Every morning I map out my day and plan my commitments. One major thing that I’ve been working on has been keeping commitments that I make to myself.

The art and science of pricing your services can be a tricky one. I recently did a podcast on productizing them, but what do you do when it comes to the price? By taking the rate that you immediately think of and double it, that number will cause you to overperform and continue to grow your business.
