Dualism is the belief that there are two halves to any given piece of the universe— light vs. shadow, life vs. death, and so on. Non-dualism tells us that though every coin may have two sides, there is but one coin. This week, we discuss Carl Jung's work on dualism and how it applies to the esoteric world, as well as ways to work on integrating dualistic concepts into nuanced, embodied practices.
